ELMHURST, Ill. (Duhawks.com) - The Loras women's basketball team won it's fifth straight game with a 75-71 win over Elmhurst on Saturday. Senior
Cyerra Hutchins paced the Duhawk offense with 16 points while adding seven rebounds, four steals and three assists.

- The Duhawks started the game with tough defense as Loras forced two turnovers in the Bluejay's first two possessions

- Facing a three-point deficit with a minute remaining in regulation, Hutchins went off the glass for two followed by 3-pointer by Oberman with 26 seconds on the clock as Loras took a 73-71 lead
- Strong defense from Loras in Elmhurst's next possession forced a turnover and Hutchins headed to the line after being fouled and knocked down both shots to seal the Duhawks 75-71 victory on the road

- From 1:05 in the first quarter to 3:37 in the second quarter, the Duhawks held Elmhurst without a field goal and forced eight turnovers
