Loras College Athletics

Specht's career with the Duhawks began in 1984 as the Athletic Department Secretary under then-Athletic Director and Loras Hall of Fame member Kevin White. For 16 years, Specht played an integral role in the National Catholic Basketball Tournament, serving as the Executive Director from 1991 until 2001. Since her retirement in 2009, Specht has continued to support Loras College Athletics as a volunteer at home football games and can often be found in the stands cheering on the Duhawks.
