As one of the most prolific running backs in Loras history, Romagna finished his career as the record holder in rushing attempts (983), rushing yards (4,493), and rushing yards in a game (306), among others. Romagna is one of 10 players in NCAA history to rush for 1,000 yards in each of his four seasons as a Duhawk helping to aid his program record of 344 points, finishing with 52 rushing touchdowns which stands as a school record to this day. Under head coach Bob Bierie, Loras totaled 27 wins in four seasons. Following his graduation, Romagna began a successful career as a bodybuilder won the 1998 North American Natural Bodybuilding Federation (NANBF) Central Midwest Championship and the 2004 National Physique Committee (NPC) Overall Championship. A native of Wauwatosa, Wis., Romagna serves as the Director of Training for Merge Performance Institute of Dubuque, Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the United States Hockey League and is the Health Wellness and Sport Department Chair at the University of Dubuque.
