KANSAS CITY, Mo. –
Reagan Lindsay and
Savannah Johnson of Loras College women's soccer were named United Soccer Coaches Second and Third Team All-Americans as announced by the organization Thursday.
Lindsay, a senior midfielder, was a key member of the Duhawk defense. She capped off her senior season with 27 points, 21 assists, and three goals. Lindsay helped lead the Purple and Gold to its fourth consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and 17
th overall A-R-C title, along with being selected to the USC Division III First Team All-Region IX Team.
The Waterloo, Iowa native earned one of the highest distinctions from the conference, as she was tabbed A-R-C Most Valuable Defensive Player. She earned A-R-C Defensive Player of the Week honors this season, putting her career total at two. She led the conference with 21 assists and has etched her name in history as she now sits tied for second all-time in assists for a single season.
Johnson, a fifth year forward, had another stellar season as a member of the Loras College women's soccer team. She finished her career with 45 points, 18 goals, and nine assists. Johnsons' offense helped outscore opponents 64-2 en route to clinching the A-R-C tournament championship for the fourth consecutive season. Together with Lindsay, she was dubbed USC Division III First Team All-Region for the second time in her career.
The Wauconda, Ill. native collected A-R-C Offensive Player of the Week honor this season and closed out the year with the second-most goals and points in the conference. Her mark of 45 points and 18 goals puts her seventh all-time in a single season for points and tied for sixth all-time in goals.
As a team, Loras turned in a 20-0-2 overall record and an undefeated 8-0 record in conference play. In the 2024 campaign, the Purple and Gold were four-time back-to-back conference champions and advanced to the NCAA Sweet Sixten for the seventh time in program history.
This year's All-Americans will be recognized for their accomplishments at the United Soccer Coaches All-America Ceremony on Saturday, Jan. 11 in Chicago, Ill., in conjunction with the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
