Saenz Ruiz finished 16th out of 144 runners at the Lewis Invitational with an individual time of 22:38. Saenz Ruiz' time and finish was the best among Duhawk runners in a field of Division II competition. As a team, the women's cross country team placed sixth at the invitational with 188 points.
