PELLA, Iowa – The women's cross country program finished fourth overall at the 2023 American Rivers Conference Championships on Saturday morning, wrapping up the meet with 116 team points.
Frankie Chaidez was the top performer on the women's side, closing out the 6K race in 15
th at 23:23 to earn All-Conference honors.
Becca Diddia also garnered the conference distinction, closing out the 6K race in 18
th at a time of 23:28.5.
Bailey Vaughan took 29
th with a time of 24:08.9, followed by
Natalia Wrobel (35
th – 24:16.7),
Emily Jackson (39
th – 24:28.6),
Avery Kittl (45
th – 24:32.6), and
Hunter Jones (46
th – 24:34.4).
Paige Jacobs rounded out Duhawk runners in the top-50 with her 48
th-place finish (24:39.1).
Samantha Foht came in 78
th, finishing in 25:52.9.
Sarah Gibson took 97
th at a time of 27:08.6, with
Ella Reilly wrapping up Duhawk competitors with her 110
th-place finish at 27:49.8.
The women will return to postseason action in two weeks when they head out to Waverly to partake in the NCAA DIII Midwest Regionals, hosted by Wartburg College.
