Dylan Pardoe enters his third season as an assistant coach for Carl Tebon on the Loras Baseball staff in 2025 after a 5-year standout career at both second and third base.

Coaching both infielders and outfielders, Pardoe works heavily with defensive alignment and analytics. In his playing career, Pardoe was a two-time All-Conference selection and helped lead the Duhawks to a school record 32 wins in 2022.
