Biechler has been a volunteer assistant coach since 2018. The 2022 season was a very successful season for both the men’s and women's cross country teams at Loras. The Women’s team finished 2nd in the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C), 4th in the Midwest Regional, and 18th at the NCAA national Championship. Biechler helped coach Kassie Parker to A-R-C Conference and NCAA National Champion status once again. The Men’s team finished 2nd in the A-R-C Championships, 3rd in the Midwest Regional, and 20th at the NCAA National Championship. Both the Men’s and Women’s programs earned at-large bids to the NCAA National Championship.
