A 2022 graduate from Loras, Nicholas will in his first season as head diving coach after competing for the Duhawks last season. After only two years on the board, Nicholas was able to accomplish a 3rd place finish in both the 1 and 3 meter events at the 2022 American Rivers Conference Meet. His scores placed him 4th all time in Loras history for both events.
In his first year as the head diving coach, Schlader helped coach the men’s swimming and diving team to a 6-3 record and the women’s team to a 4-5 record. The men’s team finished 3rd in the inaugural American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Championships and the women’s team to a 5th place finish in the A-R-C Championships. Gannon Harrington earned A-R-C Third Team All-Conference honors placing third in the 1M and 3M dive.Â
