In 2021, he joined Loras as an assistant coach after a year as a assistant coach at NAIA William Penn University and a successful career as a wrestler for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes.

The 2023-24 season was yet another successful campaign for the Duhawks as the program finished 10-7, including a 6-1 mark against American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) foes. Three wrestlers would go on to qualify for nationals in Dustin Bohren, Eric Kinkaid, and Zeb Gnida, with all three earning All-American status with their performance at the NCAA National Championships. Glosser saw six student-athletes earn A-R-C All-Conference status, with seven earning NWCA Academic All-American honors.

In his first year in leading the Loras Wrestling program, Coach Glosser’s team had one of the most successful seasons in the program’s history.  The Duhawks finished with a 16-4 record where they finished 2nd in the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) standings and ranked 7th in the country.  In the NCAA Lower Midwest Regionals, Loras finished 3rd out of 19 and advanced four wrestlers to the NCAA National Championship in Roanoke, VA.  Shane Liegel, Zeke Smith, Eric Kinkaid, and Gabe Fiser all advanced to the National Championships.  Liegel and Smith advanced to the final day, as Smith finished 4th in the 157 lb. division, while Liegel finished 2nd in the 184 lb. division, making them All-Americans.  Eric Kincaid, Jalen Schropp, Gabe Fiser, Zeke Smith, Zeb Gnida, Shane Liegel, and Wyatt Wriedt all received A-R-C All-Conference honors.

Glosser was a four-year letter winner for the Hawkeyes, posting a 74-19 record at 149, 157 and 165 lbs. with 20 career pins and wrestled unattached his first season at Iowa with an impressive 15-4 ledger. He is a two-time Flash Flanagan Open champion, hosted by Loras, and won the Luther College Open in his freshman season, pinning three of his four opponents to advance to the finals. He placed twice at the Midlands Championship during his career and won the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Jim Koch Open the same season, finishing his collegiate career six-straight wins.  During his time at Iowa, he also worked with the team's summer camps, coaching youth wrestlers.

A native of Eddyville, Iowa, he graduated in 2020 with a degree in environmental science and worked at the Wapello County Soil and Water Conservation District as well as coaching at NAIA William Penn during the 2020-21 season and leading the Southern Iowa Outlaws wrestling club for K-12 wrestlers as the head coach.
