Loras College alum Carson Woods will begin his coaching career in 2025, joining head coach Sam Koenig’s staff. Woods brings a strong playing background and leadership experience to the staff after a successful four-year career with the Duhawks.
A key contributor during his time at Loras, Woods helped the Duhawks to two regular season conference championships, one conference tournament championship, and an appearance in the national tournament. Woods played in 76 games earning 16 starts, and recorded one goal, seven assists and nearly 3000 minutes on the field.
In addition to his collegiate career, Woods spent the summers of 2021-2022 competing with the Redlinger Bros in his hometown of Sioux Falls, S.D. He played a key role in guiding the team to two consecutive adult league championships and earned a Golden Boot award during that span.
Woods graduated from Loras College in the spring of 2025 with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology. He currently works as a Carrier Specialist for River City Logistics in Dubuque, Iowa
