Senior Sydney Wright led an impressive defensive front for the Duhawks on the pitch last week in conference play. The Duhawks posted clean sheets against conference opponents in Buena Vista and Luther. Wrigh’s defense held opponents to four shots on target in 180 minutes of play, all of which came in the first half against Luther. Wright and the rest of the Duhawks have posted clean sheets in five of their last six games and have allowed one goal in conference play.
