DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - Coming off their upset win over Luther, the Loras women's soccer team takes on Augsburg and Buena Vista on the road.

SCOUTING THE AUGGIES •••
Augsburg enters Monday's match-up with the Duhawks on the heels of two consecutive overtime victories. Last week, the Auggies recorded a 2-1 decision over Concordia-Moorhead followed by a 1-nil victory over Hamline. This season, Augsburg has continued their success of the past en route to an 11-3 record. Heading into the final week of the regular season, the Auggies boast one of the top attacks in the MIAC. Marie Fitzgerald and Jane Koch rank near the top of the MIAC with seven goals scored a piece, while Marta Anderson and Fitzgerald have each tallied nine assists. Overall, Fitzgerald has notched 23 points on the season to Anderson's 19. Augsburg also boasts one of the best goalkeepers in their conference. Marissa Guillou ranks second in goals against average with a 0.74 mark. Guillou's five recorded shutouts are three more than the Duhawks have recorded this season.

LAST TIME OUT AGAINST AUGSBURG •••
Loras last faced off against the Auggies early in the 2014 season. The Duhawks were unfortunately done in by a final score of 2-1. Augsburg converted a penalty kick opportunity in the 81st minute which they converted to take the lead over the Duhawks for good. Senior Katie Truesdale scored the lone goal for Loras in the 51st minute.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST AUGSBURG•••
In five all-time meetings with the Auggies, the Duhawks have drawn even with a record of 2-2-1. Historically, neither team has proven to have the upper hand on the other dating back to the 2008 series opener.

SCOUTING THE BEAVERS •••
Heading into next week's game, Buena Vista finds themselves in a tie for last place in the Iowa Conference. The Beavers have yet to win a match in conference play at (3-11, 0-5). Currently, Buena Vista holds a five-game losing streak dating back to September 26 against Central College. During their five-game losing streak, the Beavers have failed to register a goal and have conceded a total of 21 goals. Offensively, the Beavers are led in points by a pair of sophomore forwards, Samantha Arnold and Caroline Maher. Arnold leads the team in goals with six while Maher has recorded three assists. In goal, Rachel Novotny has allowed an average of 2.18 goals per game.

LAST TIME OUT VERSUS BVU •••
Last season the Duhawks defeated the Beavers by a final score of 6-nil. Five Duhawks recorded goals, led by senior Katie Truesdale led the team in points following a one goal, two assist performance.

ALL-TIME SERIES AGAINST BVU •••
Buena Vista has yet to defeat the Duhawks in eighteen matches all-time (18-0-0). The last time the Beavers registered a goal against the Duhawks dates back to the 2004 season in which Loras won by a final score of 7-1. Buena Vista last tallied a goal while playing the Duhawks in Storm Lake in 1997. Overall, the Beavers have scored just two goals all-time against Loras.

DUHAWKS UPSET NO. 21 LUTHER •••
Loras entered Saturday's match as underdogs against the 21st ranked Luther College Norse, but the performance of freshman goalkeeper Michelle Loyo sealed victory for the Duhawks. In her second career start, Loyo recorded 10 saves on 16 shots faced en route to her first career clean sheet. Offensively, Loras was led by freshman Elizabeth Mills who scored the lone goal of the match. Mills' third goal of the season was scored on a beautiful floater over the head of Luther's keeper in the 41st minute of play.

THE RETURN OF RISPIN •••
Last Saturday's match against Luther marked the return of senior Ailish Rispin to the Duhawks 2015-16 team. Rispin made her season debut, playing sparingly in each half. In her previous three seasons, Rispin started 59 games for the Duhawks, appearing in 64. With the Duhawks needing to earn victories in conference play, Rispin will add much needed depth to the bench unit for the remainder of the season.

DUHAWKS SEARCHING FOR ANSWERS •••
While Loras has scored a total of 30 goals this season, opposing teams have had nearly equal success against the Duhawks back line. Heading into their final conferences matches of the season the Duhawks have begun switching things up a bit in goal. Freshman Michelle Loyo has started two of the Duhawks last four matches, making appearances in the other two. Against conference-leading Luther, Loyo recorded the Duhawks best performance in goal to date making 10 saves on 16 shots faced. If Loyo can channel her success on Saturday into more wins for the Duhawks, Loras will have an outside shot at making the NCAA Tournament in November.

DUHAWKS MAKING PUSH FOR ALL-CONFERENCE HONORS •••
With just two more games remaining in the regular season conference schedule the Duhawks have three athletes looking to secure spots on the 2015 All-Iowa Conference First Team. Senior Katie Truesdale who leads the IIAC in both goals scored and points is looking to earn her second consecutive first-team nod while also looking to repeat as conference MVP. Senior Danielle Vujovic is also making a push towards her second first team selection, having been selected in the 2013 season previously. Both Truesdale and Vujovic have been selected to the All-IIAC second team in the past. New to this list is sophomore Gretchen Schutz who currently leads the Iowa Conference in assists with six. Schutz looks to make her first of many all-conference teams following the conclusion of this season.
