DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras women's basketball team won it's sixth straight on Wednesday with a 73-59 victory over Dubuque on Wednesday. Senior Addie Oberman led the Duhawks with 17 points, while adding 10 rebounds and four assists.

- The Duhawks own the series all-time record at 50-25, which includes three of the last four

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
- A 6-0 run by the Spartans put Dubuque up 17-8 with three minutes remaining in the first quarter
- Shortly after the Spartan run, the Duhawks changed to a zone and went on a 15-4 run that lasted until the midway point of the second quarter … During the run, sophomore Riley Eckhart led the charge with five poitns 
- Four points each from senior Miranda Chapman and Cyerra Hutchins and two from Oberman built a 10-0 run for Loras to end the second quarter and head into the break with a 35-27 advantage 
- The Duhawks and Spartans matched each other's offensive efforts in the third quarter with 18 points each until Oberman tossed in a shot from half court at the buzzer to send Loras to the fourth quarter with an 11-point lead
- Dubuque looked to spoil the Duhawks' lead as the Spartans capitalized on three Loras turnovers in two minutes to cut the Duhawks lead to six at the seven-minute mark 
- Loras solidified it's first conference win with a 10-0 run in the fourth quarter that built the Duhawks' largest lead of the game at 16

- The Clinton native proved to be a force on both sides of the ball on Wednesday as Oberman led all scorers with 17 points while also grabbing 10 boards and adding four assists.
