DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras men's and women's swimming & diving programs dropped a pair of league contests to Luther on Saturday, with the men falling 128-95 and the women 142-83. Senior Ike Casey won both the 50 and 100 free while swimming a 20.28 anchor leg on the 200 free relay.

TOP FINISHERS
- Casey won the 50 free with a time of 20.91, the 100 free with a time of 45.74 and swam 20.28 as the anchor on the 200 free relay
- Loras' women's 200 medley relay won with a time of 1:58.33 … Members of the team included junior Kasey Jacobson, senior Kim Breaux, freshman Sarah Shafer and senior Natalie Shannon
- Breaux followed up with a win in the 200 IM with her time of 2:02.14
- On the diving board, junior Mikaela Lengwin and sophomore Nick Baron won the 1m Diving - 6 Dives events with scores of 170.40 and 130.07, respectively … Baron later added a win in the 1m Diving - 11 dives event with a mark of 200.85
- Jacobson won the 100 free with a time of 58.30
- Shafer's time of 1:06.14 in the 100 back was good for a first place finish
- Junior Mac Faldet collected a win in the 100 breast with his time of 58.55
