DUBUQUE, Iowa – With the regular season having come to a close, the Loras College cross country teams now ready themselves for postseason action, with the 2023 American Rivers Conference Championships first this Saturday, Oct. 28, hosted by Central College in Pella.
The men's 8K gets underway at 11 a.m., with the women's 6K set to follow at 12 p.m. Awards are set to start around 1 p.m.
The men have captured eight conference titles, with the last coming in 2017. On the women's side, the program has one conference crown, stemming from its performance in the 2015 championships. Luther leads the A-R-C with a combined 32 titles among its men's and women's programs.
Wartburg is the program to beat, as the No. 7 Knights have captured the past five-straight team titles. Last season, the Duhawks had six All-Conference performers, led by
Kassie Parker, who was the women's individual champion. Joining Parker as an All-Conference performer was

Wyatt Kelly,
Julian Watson,
Brianna Renner, and
Kaylee Osterberger.
