DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Loras College men's and women's swimming and diving teams earned an American Rivers Conference victory over Coe College on Saturday afternoon.
The men defeated the Kohawks for the fifth consecutive season by a score of 112-68, while the women garnered a 131-89 win over the visitors for the second season in a row.
Anna Durak had herself a record-breaking day, becoming the fastest woman in school history in both the 200-yard freestyle and the 200-yard butterfly. The Hickory, N.C. native erased a 200-yard freestyle record from 2015 by 1.4 seconds to go along with shattering the 200-yard butterfly record by .93 seconds that was set in 2007.
The men captured eight event titles, while the women won nine of their own.
