CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa –Isaac Bourne was named the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Male Athlete of the Week after a record-setting run at the Bob Schultz Invite on Friday, Aug. 29.

Bourne, from Chagrin Falls, Ohio, opened the 2025 season by winning the 5K in 14:56.8, breaking the program record by 15.2 seconds. He finished 23.6 seconds ahead of the runner-up as the No. 29-ranked Duhawks claimed the team title with 20 points in a nine-team field.

Loras returns to action Friday, Sept. 19, at the Bradley Intercollegiate in Peoria, Ill., with the race set for 5:15 p.m.
