WAVERLY, Iowa – After two days of competition, the Loras College men's golf team finished in fifth place at the Wartburg Fall Invite at Prairie Links Golf Course.
Will Coohey registered a T8 finish to lead the Duhawks. Coohey fired rounds of 75 and 73 to finish with a two-day total of 148.
The remainder of the Loras lineup all finished in a tie for 16
th with tournament totals of 151.
Alex Link shot an opening round 77, followed by a 74 in round two.
Emmett Loomis went 75, 76, while
Nicolas Sullivan shot an 78 during round one before a 73 in round two.
Quinn Walsh went under par for round one with a 71, followed by an 80 during day two.
Up Next: The Duhawks will return to the course on Monday, Oct. 6, when they travel to Pella, Iowa for the Central Fall Classic.
