DUBUQUE, Iowa – Six members of the Loras College men's track and field/cross country teams have earned College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District, the organization announced.
Carter Allen is earning his third All-District honor and will move to Academic All-American voting later this month, while
Matt Kruse is also being honored for the third time in his career.
Eli Pflipsen and
Eric Rutherford are receiving the award for the second straight season, while
Daken Pessman and
Logan Hoger are both first time recipients.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes cross country/track & field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
