2016-2017: After her sophomore indoor campaign, holds personal bests in the 800 meter run (2:26.96) and the one mile run (5:36.09)

Why Loras? “I came to Loras because of the wide variety of academics to study, the warm, welcoming, and kindness from Coach Schultz and the members of the cross country and track teams, and because every Duhawk that is at and/or has graduate from Loras has such a friendly, generous, and kind personality. It is such a positive and contagious atmosphere that you can’t get enough of!”

What does it mean to be a Duhawk? “Being a Duhawk to me means to be the most compassionate, selfless, loving version of yourself, and to spread optimism and kindness where life takes you.”

High School: Graduate of Lincoln-Way Central High School in New Lenox, Illinois … Four-year cross country runner for Matt Bowden and Brian VanBeveran in the Southwest Suburban Red Conference … Helped lead the Knights to two conference championships, two regional championships, and helped qualify for three IHSA State Finals … Three-time All-Conference honors, three-time All-Region honors, and four-time IHSA State Qualifier … Three-year track and field athlete for Matt Bowden and Roy White … Helped lead the Knights to a conference championship in 2015 … Three-time IHSA State Qualifier, All-Conference and All-Section honors in the 4x800 relay … Conference champion in the 800m … Broke the all-time school record in the Indoor 4x800
