2016-2017: After junior indoor campaign, owns personal bests in the 3,000 meter run (10:56.14), 5,000 meter run (19:22.14) and the one mile run (5:36.88)

What does it mean to be a Duhawk? "To me, it means that I have the opportunity to not only support other fellow student-athletes, but to show Loras and the Dubuque community how much I care"

What has your favorite memory been from your time at Loras? "My favorite memory so far has been getting to know the cross country team and making lots of memories with them"
