Dumervil will begin his first season as the Duhawks run game coordinator and offensive line coach this fall after recently being hired this past spring.
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Dumervil was a former consensus four-star offensive tackle, an Under Armour All-American, and earned more than 40 Division I scholarship offers coming out of St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
Dumervil brings collegiate experience from Louisiana State University, University of Maryland, and University of Arkansas, competing at the highest levels of college football in both the Southeastern Conference and the Big Ten Conference.
As a member of LSU's 2022 SEC Championship team, he helped protect Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Jayden Daniels. During his time at Maryland, he contributed to one of the Big Ten's top passing offenses, while helping quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa become the conference's all-time leader in passing yards and helping guide the Terrapins to three consecutive bowl appearances.
Throughout his collegiate career, he played under nationally respected head coaches including Ed Orgeron, Brian Kelly, Mike Locksley, and Sam Pittman, while learning from accomplished offensive coordinators such as Mike Denbrock, Bobby Petrino, and Joe Sloan.
He is the nephew of five-time NFL Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion Elvis Dumervil.
