Rick Healey enters his 13th year on the wrestling staff for the Duhawks. A native of Dubuque, Healey graduated from Loras with a degree in physical education. Healey was a two-time All-American, placing fourth and seventh in the NCAA Division III. He ranks 10th in career wins, with a record of 106-48.

In his 13th year as part of the wrestling staff, Coach Healey helped coach the Duhawks to a 16-4 record and a 2nd place finish in the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C).  The Duhawks also finished ranked 7th in the country.  Four Duhawks advanced to the NCAA National Championship in Roanoke, VA.  Shane Liegel and Zeke Smith finished 2nd and 4th in their respective weight classes, earning them All-American status.  Along with Liegel and Smith, Eric Kinkaid, Gabe Fiser, Jalen Schropp, Zeb Gnida, and Wyatt Wriedt all received A-R-C All-Conference honors.

He currently teaches physical education at Senior High School in Dubuque.
 
Healey resides in Dubuque with his family, Alexis, Jackson, and Bo.
