Monroe improved to 8-1 this season, picking up three wins last week in the circle. After four shutout innings against Mount Mary, Monroe lowered her ERA to a team-best 3.18. Against Dubuque and Mount Mary, Monroe scattered four hits over four innings and combined to concede one earned run and two extra-base hits. The Ossian native is currently tied for the team lead in wins (8).
