Six days after setting the Loras all-time record in the pole vault, Brandenburg competed at the Spartan Twilight on May 1 with the goal of besting her own mark. Her previous best of 3.68m (12-0) was no match for the Naperville, Illinois native as she posted a mark of 3.76m (12-4) on Friday. Her height puts her in a tie for seventh nationally.

In addition to her accomplishments in the pole vault, Brandenburg also wont he 100m hurdles in 14.53 seconds, which puts her in fifth all-time at Loras and 14th in Division III.
