Simon was instrumental in assisting the Duhawks as they cruised to two conference victories. First, the midfielder delivered what proved to be the game-winning goal against Coe in a 4-nil defeat. In the Duhawks' next match against Luther, Simon scored a brace, both off of free kicks. The first of these came in only the second minute of the first half. The Appleton, Wisconsin native also added an assist in the process, leading Loras to the 5-1 defeat of the Norse. Simon leads the Duhawks in both goals (6) and points (13) on the season.
