Lenke collected the honor following his play that kept postseason dreams alive for his teammates. After receiving a bye in the first round of the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Championships, the Duhawks hosted Carthage in the Regional Final. Lenke put Loras out in front early with a goal in the 12th minute. The Mount Prospect, Illinois native followed up with an assist in the 46th minute when his corner kick found fellow senior Justin Giacotto to give Loras a 3-nil lead. Despite conceding a penalty in the 75th minute, the Duhawks advanced to the "Sweet 16" with the 3-1 victory.
