EAST DUBUQUE, Ill. (Duhawks.com) - One week after competing in their own invitational, the Loras Women's Golf team concluded their season with a dual victory over University of Dubuque. Senior Katie Lathrum lead the Duhawks in her final collegiate meet, shooting a 25-over 96.

Dubuque's Lauren Smith shot the low-round of the day, firing an 18-over 89 to lead the field. Unfortunately for Smith, her teammates were unable to replicate her success.

Sophomore Emma Walsh took fourth at the dual with a 27-over 98, edging out her teammate and senior Lauren Gonner, who finished with a 29-over 100. Freshman Samantha Graff finished the day with a 46-over 117.

Despite a few high scores, Loras as team finished 15 strokes ahead of their counterparts, winning the dual by a 411 to 426 margin

The dual victory concludes Loras' 2014-15 season. They'll return in the fall for their traditional season and will be the hosts of the 2015 Iowa Conference Women's Golf Championships.
