PREVIEWING THE KOHAWKS
After a 2015 campaign that saw Coe ranked in the top-25 for the first time in program history, the Kohawks haven't quite been able to carry-over the same success. At 9-6-1 overall and 2-3 in conference play, Coe is currently in sixth place in the standings with three matches remaining. Fortunately for the Kohawks, two of the three opponents remaining this season are below them in the conference standings.
SCOUTING THE KOHAWKSÂ
Coe returned a pair of All-Conference honorees from its 2015 season in Allie Stubbs and Jordan Holmes. Offensively, the Kohawks are led by senior Kelsey Fauser and her 17 points through 16 games. Her eight goals are tied for third in the Iowa Conference. MJ Winterer is the primary goalkeeper and enters Wednesday with a 1.05 goals against average, an .840 save percentage and four shutouts. PREVIEWING THE STORMÂ
The Storm (1-10-3, 0-5-0) enter this week of play on a four-match losing streak after drawing Clarke 2–2. They currently sit in ninth place in the Iowa Conference with their most recent loss coming at the hands of Coe, 3–1.Â

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST THE STORMÂ
The Duhawks have the upper hand with the Storm in the all time category with a record of 17-6-3. In last year's meeting, Loras handed Simpson a 3-nil defeat, led by
Katie Truesdale's pair of goals.
CONFERENCE TITLE UP FOR GRABSÂ
Following Luther's draw with Nebraska Wesleyan on Sunday, the Duhawks are now level with the Norse as the conference season comes to a close. With a game in hand, Loras has three conference matches left this season, which ends with Luther at home on Oct. 25. If results hold for Loras in their next two contests against Coe and Simpson, the 2016 IIAC Regular Season Title has the potential to be decided in Dubuque next Tuesday.
NO FLASH NECESSARYÂ
Seven of Loras' nine wins this season have included a clean sheet of the opponent, and in all but three wins, Loras has scored two or less goals. Close games in the regular season will help to prepare this squad for the postseason where goals are at a premium.
MEMORIES FROM 2010Â
With Monday's 1-0 win over Webster, senior
Maria Siebels recorded her eighth shutout of the season, the most since any Duhawk goalkeeper since Katie Chambers posted 13 clean sheets during the 2010 season. Chambers owned a meage 0.37 goals against average and an impressive 19-1-1 record, leading the Duhawks to program's second appearance in the Sweet 16.
WRIGHT MAKING THE MOST OF HER CHANCESÂ
Junior
Sydney Wright has been a mainstay on the Loras back line this season, but has made the most of her chances when in the attacking third. Wright has made the most of her limited opportunities up top, apparent by her shot on goal rate of .727. The junior outside back is tied for second on the team in goals with four.
