DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras men's soccer team extended its top-form to six wins in the last six on Saturday, defeating Coe, 2-nil. Junior Ryan Ross opened the scoring with his tally in the 30th minute before junior Javi Simon netted his 10th of the season to seal the victory.

-Senior Jacob Peterson wasn't challenged in his 45 minutes of play ... He is tied for second all-time with 17 shutouts, fifth with 196 saves and seventh with a 1.08 goals against average

Under the direction of Berardi, Loras' defense held Coe to one shot all night, which came from the goalkeeper on a free kick. It was the lowest shot total that the Kohawks had finished with all season.
