- Loras opened its weekend with a thrilling 1-nil extra time victory over St. Olaf … Senior Chris Alfaro made his run forward and delivered the winner 46 seconds into extra time for his first goal of the season
- Against Saint John's, junior Javi Simon netted his fourth of the season, converting from the penalty spot after sophomore Alex Herrera had been taken down inside the box … Later, senior goalkeeper Jacob Peterson preserved the clean sheet with a save off a Johnnie's penalty

PETERSON NAMED IIAC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
