Men's Basketball Preview: Wartburg/Coe

SERIES HISTORY - WARTBURG
- Loras looks to turn the table in its favor after dropping the first meeting this season against the Knights. The two sides are level at 51 wins each in the 102-meeting history. Wartburg has won the last three games, two of which have been in Dubuque.

NOTABLES - WARTBURG
- After starting the season 9-0 against Division III competition, the Knights are 3-4 in their last seven games, dropping from as high as No. 13 in the Dec. 11 poll to currently out of the rankings … Wartburg is 8-0 when inside Levick Arena but have struggled to a 2-4 record on the road … Jaran Sabus leads the Knights averaging 15.0 points per game while hauling in a team-high 6.0 rebounds per game … Against Loras earlier this season, Sabus scored 28 points … Sawyer Herman and Nate Woeste join Sabus atop the scoring leaderboard, averaging 12.2 and 11.6 points per game, respectively

- Following their 81-76 win earlier this season, the Duhawks won their 38th meeting all-time against the Kohawks. Loras has now won five consecutive games against Coe.

NOTABLES - COE
- Coe enters the week on a five-game skid, falling to 2-7 in conference play … Three of those five losses have come by 10 or more points … Spencer Williams leads the Kohawks at 11.6 points per game, followed closely by Tommy Hook's 11.2 points … Coe faces Buena Vista on Wednesday before traveling to the Key City on Saturday, looking to improve upon its 2-5 road record
