DUBUQUE, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The Loras women's lacrosse team suffered a tough loss in its first conference match of the season, falling to Hamline, 16-4.

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
- Renata Veljacic answered the Pipers' opening goal at the 23:37 mark to tie the game at 1-all
- Hamline responded with a run of eight consecutive goals, spanning the next 11:31
- Olivia Flynn ended the run with a goal off an assist by Nia Stompanato with 35 seconds to go in the half
- Sarah Hanson netted the first of her two goals at 12:17 of the second half and later added a second off an assist by Flynn
