DUBUQUE, Iowa – The Loras College women's golf team tees off for the first time this fall in Cedar Falls, Iowa at the Kohawk Classic, hosted by Coe College. Jenna Bistline is a key returner for the Duhawks, while Elle Pechan is a newcomer to watch on the course this season.

"Jenna is our No. 1 and is incredibly talented," said head coach Will Arndt. "She had two top-10 finishes in tournaments last year and should have more. Elle hits the ball a mile and will only continue to get better."

The tournament will take place Saturday and Sunday at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course.

"I hope and expect us to improve our position in the conference this year," said Arndt. "Our goal is to be in the top half of the conference."

The Duhawks are back in action next weekend at the Mount Mercy Fall Invitational.
