OSHKOSH, Wis.- The Loras College women's soccer team took care of business Wednesday night as they defeated the UW-Oshosh Titans 3-0 behind a hat trick from
Savannah Johnson.
The senior forward put together one of her best performances of the season, scoring all three of the Duhawk goals. Johnson got the scoring started in the 23
rd minute as she scored off an assist from senior
Hannah Schmitz. Johnson's next two goals came simultaneously in the 74th minute. She put one in the back of the net at the 74:36 mark off an assist from freshman
Emerson Gasmann. Then, 18 seconds later, she netted her final goal off an assist from junior
Reagan Lindsay.
Loras (8-1-0 overall, 1-0-0 A-R-C) continues to dominate offensively as they tallied 17 shots, putting nine of them on goal. The Duhawk defense held strong, holding UW-Oshkosh (1-6-3 overall) to only six shots, and holding them to a single shot on goal.
Kyndal Kells continued her success in goal with her eighth clean sheet of the season for the Duhawks.
