PELLA, Iowa – Jackson Molstead had 19 points, while Tyler Bass posted 16, but No. 20 Loras College suffered a 90-65 loss at Central College on Saturday afternoon at P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium.

The Duhawks (17-3 overall, 8-3 American Rivers Conference) shot just 35.6 percent from the floor, including 8-for-34 from three-point range.

Jack Haynes finished with nine points, while Gavin Sarvis had six. Bass pulled in a team-high seven rebounds, while Haynes had five. Molstead had five assists to lead the Purple and Gold.

The Dutch (16-6, 10-3) were led by Joshua Van Gorp and Kaleb Brand, who scored 28 and 20 points, respectively.

Up next for the Duhawks is Simpson College, who heads to Dubuque on Monday, Feb. 5. Tip from inside the Lillis Athletic & Wellness Center is set for 7:30 p.m.
