IRVING, Texas – The National Football Foundation (NFF) & College Hall of Fame announced its honorees for the 2024 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, with Loras College seeing six of its members from the football program make the list.

Brett Bower,
Dawson Charley,
Michael Crawford,
Josh Rydberg, and
Hareson Willis were part of the 1,988 players from 339 schools who qualified for membership in 2024, setting a record for the number of members in a single year during the program's 18-year history.
Bolstad, a kinesiology major from South Beloit, Ill., appeared in seven career games for Loras, recording 13 total tackles. The linebacker had a season-high two tackles in Loras' 82-16 victory over Simpson College on Nov. 4, 2023.
Bower, a kinesiology and psychology major from Cascade, Iowa, appeared in 43 games over the course of his Loras career. The defensive back recorded 177 total career tackles, including 93 solo, 10 deflected passes, eight tackles for loss, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles. He earned College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors each of the last three years, while also being named to the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
Charley, a kinesiology major from Janesville, Iowa, appeared in nine or more games over the last three seasons, combining for 33 over the course of his five-year career with the Duhawks. The linebacker picked up 106 total tackles, 50 of which were solo, while recording 10.5 tackles for loss, three passes deflected, two interceptions, and two sacks. He earned Chi Alpha Sigma Honors Society and was twice named to the CSC Academic All-District team.
Crawford, a major in history and secondary education, played in 30 games over his four-year career for the Duhawks. The Chicago, Ill., native recorded 91 receptions 1,030 yards, and nine touchdowns. He had a career-best 111 yards against Nebraska Wesleyan this past season, scoring two touchdowns to help lift the Duhawks to a dramatic 41-38 in double overtime.
Rydberg, a kinesiology and psychology major from Rockton, Ill., appeared in 30 games for the Duhawks, recording 130 tackles, 16 passes8 deflected, 8.5 tackles for loss, four fumble recoveries, and four interceptions. He is a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honors Society and was named to the 2023 CSC Academic All-District Team.
Willis, a kinesiology major from Western Spring, Ill., saw action in 30 games over his five-year career, seeing action at wide receiver and kick returner. As a wideout, he amassed 351 yards on 37 receptions, scoring four touchdowns. As a returner, he returned 46 kickoffs for 981 yards, including a career-long 48 against Luther College on Sept. 16, 2023. He capped off his senior season by being named to the 2023 American Rivers Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference team.
The NFF Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of the NCAA, NAIA, and sprint football who maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. In all, the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) saw 36 student-athletes from five schools honored by the National Football Foundation.
Nominated by their respective schools, members of the NFF Hampshire Honor Society must be either a senior player who will graduate this spring or summer, and just completed his final year of playing eligibility in 2023 or be a graduated player, who has been out of high school.
