LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Loras College men's and women's volleyball team earned the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic award for the 2024-25 season, the organization announced on Monday.
 
The AVCA Team Academic Award is given to collegiate programs that achieve a 3.3 GPA or higher during the school year. 
 
The women's team is being recognized for the sixth straight season, while the men last received the award in 2021.
