Coach Goode led the defensive line and special teams in the 2022 season. On the defensive side, the d-line accumulated 29 sacks for total 210 yards lost. Junior defensive lineman Elijah Dertz received American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) All-Conference Honors. On Special Teams, the Duhawks averaged 18.12 yards per kick return for a total of 743 yards on 41 kickoff attempts. Kicker Scott Talmadge and punter Aidan Driscoll received A-R-C All-Conference Honors. Talmadge was 4-6 on field goal attempts and was 39-45 on PATs. Driscoll punted a total of 72 times for a total of 2625 yards, averaging 36.46 yards per punt. His longest punt was 66 yards. Driscoll also made his only field goal attempt of the year, making the game winning field goal against No.12 Central College from 37 yards out.
