Danny Quinn, a native of Park Ridge, IL., enters his first season on the coaching staff at Loras after spending the past year as a graduate assistant at University of La Verne in La Verne, California.

Quinn, a 2017 graduate of Loras, played four seasons for the Duhawks. He was a team captain his senior year and helped the team win its first Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) championship in ten years. In that season, he started all 26 games and averaged 8.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists. Quinn also served as vice-president and then president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and earned his bachelor's degree in finance.Â
Quinn attended Maine South High School where he was a two-year varsity player, team captain, and All-Conference selection. He currently resides in Dubuque.
