Why Loras: Because of the excellent academics and athletics. The Sports Management program is one of the best in the country and the soccer program has a tradition and reputation of producing some of the top goalkeepers in Division III

What it means to be a Duhawk: It gives one a sense of pride and belonging. The Loras community bleeds purple and gold and carries a tradition unlike anything I have ever been a part of before. It is an honor to wear the crest and to represent Loras College every time we step on the field

Favorite memory at Loras: The two runs to the Final Four. The immense amount of support we received from the Duhawk Nation at each game was unbelievable.

2014: Appeared in 11 games as a senior, starting seven ... Totaled a career-high 680:51 minutes in goal ... Made 21 saves while posting three shutouts

2013: Appeared in four games as a junior ... Totaled 137:58 minutes in goal

2012: Appeared in seven games as a sophomore ... Totaled 217:54 minutes in goal ... made three saves while posting one shutout

2011: Did not make an appearance as a freshman

High School: Graduate of Waubonsie Valley Community High School in Aurora, Illinois .. Three-year varsity soccer player for Angelo DiBernardo in the Upstate Eight Conference

Personal: Son of Bob and Stacy Elvert and brother of Eric, Brad, and Molly ... Born in Fairfax, Virginia and raised in Naperville, Illinois ... Lists the Chicago Blackhawks as his favorite professional team .. Sport Management major with a minor in public relations
