What does it mean to be a Duhawk? “It means to work very hard to accomplish your goals and beat the competition with the help from your classmates and teammates.

2016: Played in 23 matches and 75 sets for the Duhawks ... averaged 1.75 kills per set and totaled a career-high 131 kills at a .300 clip on the season ... recorded a program record 82 total blocks ... had a season-high 13 kills versus Wittenberg (Mar. 12) and set a program record for blocks in a single match with 10.0 at Hilbert (Mar. 21)

2015: As a freshman appeared in 23 matches for the Duhawks … Finisjed the season with 128 kills, a kills per set ratio of 1.60, and a hitting percentage of .278 … Defensively Combs was a force for the Duahwks leading the team in blocks with 64 (13 solo and 51 assisted) … On 2/20 on the road against Trinity International, Combs hads one of his best games of the season when he recorded nine kills for a hitting percentage of .900 and had four serve aces to go along with a solo block and 14.0 points 
 
High School: Graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School in Brighton, New York … Four-year swimmer for Tom Ralph in the City Catholic League … Named a City League All-Star … Finished in fourth place at Class A Sectional Championships, which was the best in school history … Two-year volleyball player for Dr. Chris Parks … Named City League All-Star and All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention … Helped lead the Knights to a New York State Championship and a Sectional Championship … One-year track and field athlete … Ran a 5:02 mile as a sophomore
