Grace Redman joined the women’s volleyball coaching staff as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2023 season.
Redman attended The Pennsylvania State University and earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology: Movement Science in 2019.
She then went on to earn a master’s degree from Illinois State University in Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity in 2022, while also serving as a graduate assistant coach for the men’s volleyball team at Illinois Wesleyan University.
The Titans’ men’s volleyball team hired Redman as a full-time assistant for the 2023 season. where they finished with an 11-14 record.
She also guided other IWU programs such as women’s volleyball, men’s volleyball, women’s lacrosse, and softball as a strength and conditioning coach.
Prior to her collegiate coaching career, Redman served as a head coach for Horseshoe Volleyball Club for girls aged 13-18 and as an assistant coach for the Tyrone Area School District, where she coached middle and high school volleyball.
