Kaelyn Kilbo joined the Loras College women's volleyball staff in July 2021 after serving as a graduate assistant coach for the past two seasons at Wisconsin Lutheran College, becoming the first full-time assistant coach in program history.
In her two years as a graduate assistant coach at Wisconsin Lutheran, the Warriors went 26-15, winning the program's first-ever Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament Championship in the Spring 2021 season. Kilbo was responsible for recruiting efforts for the Warriors, where she gathered a deep prospect pool that already has 13 commits. While attending Northwestern - St. Paul, Kilbo coached at the club level for Crossfire Volleyball Club and helped recruit student-athletes for the department's 18 collegiate programs.
A four-year member of the volleyball team at University of Northwestern - St. Paul, Kilbo helped guide the Eagles to Upper Midwest Athletic Conference Championship titles every season and made three NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the Final Four in 2016. In her tenure, the Eagles compiled a 119-29 record while Kilbo posted 2,066 assists and 117 service aces in her career.
A native of Delano, Minn., Kilbo graduated in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in sport management from Northwestern - St. Paul and completed her master's degree in leadership and innovation in the spring of 2021.
