Why Loras? “I fell in love with the campus and the people."

What does it mean to be a Duhawk? “Being a Duhawk means a lot to me. It means I will always have a network of people who will be there for me through the good times and the bad. It has taught me to be a better person and to look for the positives in every situation. It has motivated me to work my hardest and accomplish my dreams."

What is your favorite memory from your time at Loras? “Our lacrosse trip out west last season."

2015: Appeared in 15 games and started 14... Recorded career-highs in ground balls (15) and caused turnovers (11) 

2014: Appeared in 18 games ... Tallied seven ground balls

High School: Graduate of Plainfield East High School … Three-year varsity volleyball player for Sara Thomas in the Southwest Prairie Conference 

Personal: Eliza Victoria Slanker … Daughter of Thomas and Terri Slanker … Born and raised in Plainfield, Illinois … Lists the Chicago Bears as her favorite professional team … Athletic training major with a minor in coaching
