Last week, Fritz paced the Loras offense from the plate, hitting 9-for-15 for a .600 batting average. With nine hits in four games, Fritz knocked in four runs while hitting 1.067 slugging percentage. In the Duhawks conference-opening series against Buena Vista, the Sterling, Ill. native hit 6-for-8 while hitting .500 with runners on to lead Loras over the Beavers for the Duhawks first conference win of the season. Against Grinnell on Thursday, Fritz went 4-for-6 with an RBI.
