Senior Kaitlin Phillips received Iowa Conference Women's Basketball Special Mention for the second consecutive week after she helped lead Loras to 2-0 start in conference play with wins over Coe and Buena Vista. Phillips averaged 16 points per game while shooting a perfect 3-for-3 from beyond the 3-point line. In Saturday's win against the Beavers, Phillips shot a season-high .875 from the floor on 7-of-8 shooting.
