CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Duhawks.com) - The 2014-15 season came to an end on Friday for the Loras Women's Tennis team after suffering a 5-1 defeat at the hands of Central College. Loras' season comes to an end with a 7-10 overall record and a 3-4 mark in Iowa Conference play.

Senior Caroline Rainey concluded her collegiate career with a victory at No. 3 doubles with sophomore Maggie Clements, 8-2.

At No. 1 and 2 doubles, the Duhawks nearly pulled off victories, falling 8-5 in both matches. The streak for the Dutch carried over into singles play as Central won at No. 3, 4, and 5 singles.

Three singles matches went unfinished, giving Central the 5-1 victory.
