  • The Duhawks equalized minutes later on Flynn's fourth of the season with 26:08 remaining in the first half.
  • Loras took the lead for good after senior Anna Schwalbe caused a turnover, picked up the ground ball and scored for her 10th of the season.
  • Flynn registered a first half hat-trick with goals at the 24:49 mark and 24:05 mark, bringing her season total to six.

  • Leading by two at 5-3, the Duhawks rattled off three unanswered goals to end the half and open an 8-3 lead.

Second Half

  • Schwalbe assisted on a pair of goals 60 seconds apart as Loras extended its lead to eight.
  • After a Duhawk turnover deep in the Thunder's zone, Loras' swam mentality paid dividends as sophomore Sarah James and senior Brittany Miller converged to force a turnover, to which Miller promptly picked up the ground ball and scored her first goal of the season.
  • Trine finally broke through in the waning minutes of the game, scoring a pair of goals inside of a minute, to cut the Loras lead to eight at 13-5.
